“MSL” means a Canview Medical Sales Liaison.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter of the FY25 Canview Prescriber Voice of Customer Survey (COMPETITION) is Canview Pty Ltd ABN 37 639 650 927 (CANVIEW), located at Gold Coast, Queensland (COMPANY’S OFFICE)
  2. Entry is open from 9:00am on 17 October 2024.
  3. Entry closes at 4:00pm on 11 November 2024.
  4. A single prize of a CLINICAL LUNCH AT YOUR PRACTICE HOSTED BY AN MSL WITH A TOTAL VALUE CAPPED AT $300.00 will be awarded to the winner of the Draw (the PRIZE).
  5. To be eligible to win the Prize, you must:
    1. Be a Canview Prescriber; and
    2. Complete the survey form sent to your email or hand delivered in full.
  6. One entry per person is allowed for this Competition.
  7. All entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible or are not completed by the close date stated in section 3 will be deemed invalid.
  8. By submitting an entry to the Competition, the entrant consents to the use of their personal information (as submitted with their entry) by Canview and in accordance with Canview’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at www.canview.com.au/privacy-policy/. Information collected will not be used for marketing and commercial communications.
  9. The winner of the Prize will be randomly selected at Canview’s Office within seven (7) days of the closing date, on or before 18 November 2024 (DRAWING DATE) between 9:00am and 1:00pm. The winner need not be present at the drawing.
  10. The winner of the Prize will be contacted on the Drawing Date using their contact details provided in their entry.
  11. The MSL will reasonably endeavor to coordinate the date of the Prize with the winner within 30 days of the Drawing Date; however, this period may extend up to 90 days depending on the MSL’s availability and the location of the winner and must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
  12. A local MSL will attend in person or remotely (depending on the winner’s practice location) and present a session about medicinal cannabis.
    *For practices located in remote/regional areas we will organise for the Prize to be delivered to you. If delivery is not available, the winner must agree to collect the Prize.
  13. If, despite every reasonable effort, Canview cannot establish personal contact with the winner or the winners practice, the Prize will be retained for one (1) month after the Drawing Date. At the end of one (1) month, if the Prize remains unclaimed, a re-draw will take place at Canview’s Office on 18 December 2024 between 9:00am and 1:00pm. The winner of the re-draw will be contacted as stated in section 10.
  14. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no alternate or substitute prize will be offered or made available (except where facilitating dietary restrictions or the delivery/collection of the Prize).
  15. Canview has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that it considers is not in accordance with these Terms.
