Delete my account and data

Please complete and submit the below form to request to have your app account, and all of its associated data, permanently deleted. Account and data deletion requests will be actioned within 30 business days, with a confirmation email sent to you once completed. Your app account, and all associated data, will be permanently deleted. Some data may not be deleted if we have a legal obligation to store it.
